Established in 1999 in Barcelona by a team of professionals with broad experience in the management of large-scale infrastructures and building projects, PROJECTS & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT is an independent firm, owned by the professionals leading the company, specialized in managing complex projects, large-scale infrastructure operations and facility management services.

Our mission is to bring value to the management of client projects through the work of highly experienced and trained professionals by forming multidisciplinary teams exclusively dedicated to the project, acting always in the client’s interests and ensuring integration into their organizational structure.

We assume the principle of the “best advice policy” to decide together with our customers how to tackle with their organizational and resources needs in order to ensure the best result in managing their construction projects.

PROJECTS, which has developed more than 350 infrastructure and building projects since its creation, has positioned itself as a company specialized in two interrelated fields:

  •  Project Management of large-scale operations and complex infrastructure projects
  • Facility Management (Comprehensive management of physical assets).

In both cases the success relies on the use of efficient management techniques – agile procedures and ad hoc software – by high-performance teams.
