Construction of a mixed-use building and parking area, 32,000m² of constructed surface area located to the west of Volpelleres, in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). The project includes 2 buildings for 72 Social Housing units, equipped with lumber rooms and private parking, a building for 32 offices with lumber rooms also with private parking, a building for a fresh food market and a hypermarket with a public parking area.
