Monitoring of the life cycle of various developments financed by Banco Sabadell through systematic control of the evolution of construction, financing and commercialization.

Project monitoring is a monitorization procedure through which reliable and quality information is systematically obtained, providing the client with constant control of projects, especially technical, cost and schedule. It allows identifying and reporting possible deviations as well as risks and opportunities to ensure the success of the investment.

The service is developed in three phases: launch, monitorization of construction and closing / final legalization. In each of these phases, specific reports are issued (initial report, monthly reports and final report) with the information necessary for decision-making.

The monitored promotions are located mainly in Catalonia, Madrid, the Balearic Islands, Navarra, Alicante and Valencia.
