The Chamisero DWTP has been designed to treat the waters coming from the Batuco canal, as well as the waters coming from the Lo Pinto drive (Valle Grande enclosure), in the Chamisero base enclosure. Works must be carried out to supply the DWTP from these sources so that the flows can be treated.

The design of the work has been developed in four stages of construction for the treatment of 200 l/s, totaling a capacity of 1,000 l/s of treated water at the end of the 4th stage to meet the growing demand of Chamisero and Chicureo Bajo.
