New construction of the head office of the College of Economists of Catalonia, located on the site where the old Caspolino amusement arcade used to stand. The building of 3,000 m2 of constructed surface area, is in a rectangle of 32 x 10.5m, and is to be viewed as a detached building. A prism, the faces of which are grouped into two types, those exposed to a dynamic environment (South - Plaza Gal·la Placídia and West - Via Augusta) and those oriented towards a tranquil environment (North – block interior and East – inside patio).

The building is divided into two basement floors that house the auditorium (P-1) and building maintenance services (P2), the ground floor and 5 standardised floors built to the same plan: a core of vertical communications connected with a service area, leaving the rest of the floor free for the various College activities. The building’s south facade is a double skin of glass that makes it extremely luminous and also opens the building onto Gal·la Placídia Square.
