The mission of the service is to support the Consortium for the coordination, monitoring and integration of maintenance services contracted to third parties by the Consortium. Furthermore, it is also aimed to assist the Consortium technically and organizationally, monitoring the performance and quality control of the kitchen cleaning service, contracted for the different assets.

The objective is to ensure that the facilities are in good shape of use by guaranteeing:

  • Maximum availability.
  • Safe use conditions in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Offer a good image that generates confidence to the users.
  • Improve the image of the buildings and the service.
  • Efficiency in use, optimizing energy consumption and taking advantage of technological support tools.

Maintenance actions are planned and useful accomplishment indicators are used to report to the consortium management and its clients.
