Construction management of the conditioning works on the C-15 from Kp 13+000 to 44+380, Vilafranca del Penedès – Vilanova del Camí

The service contract has been for the Construction Management of the works related to the executive project, including reviewing the five section projects. The main works carried out by the Construction Management Team are:

• Cost / Time / Quality Control of the work.
• Conducting weekly site visit meetings and drafting minutes.
• Execution of a monthly progress report.
• Validation of certifications and conflicting prices.
• Coordination between the different stakeholders involved in the work.
• Work monitoring and daily reporting.

Main magnitudes:

Section A: 5 Km, earth-moving: land clearing 20.000m², Embankment 36.000m², Structures: PI 17.2 of 16.65m and light PI 17.3 of 17.40m. Drainage: extension of 2 Drainages and 2 frames.
Section B1: 6 km, earth-moving: land clearing 13,000m², Embankment 17,000m², Structures: Viaduct 20.7 of 26.9m of light.
Section B2: 10 Km, earth-moving: land clearing 142,000 m², Embankment 41,000 m², Structures: Viaduct 28.7 of 42 m. of span, 6 drainage, 5 roadway paths and execution of 10 retaining walls.
