Construction project for junction road NII improvement. Section: Cervera

Traffic circle (roundabout) diameter 46 m, at the junction of the N-II and (the future extension) Avenida del Pla d'Urgell.
Making a road passing under the FFCC Barcelona-Zaragoza line, which will connect to the  West Industrial Park 1 (polígon).
The implantation of the roundabout involves modifying the slope of the Ctra. NII and a service road adjoining it.
