New exterior dock for a cruise terminal at Tarragona Port

Consultancy for the definition and assessment of the works necessary for the execution of a new exterior dock for a cruise terminal in the Port of Tarragona. The study has been developed in three phases: Phase 1 of field and office work, Phase 2 of study of alternatives and Phase 3 of preliminary project. The contract has covered maritime studies (climate, propagation, agitation and impact on coastal dynamics) and ship maneuverability of the proposed solution.

This includes both the maritime infrastructure work (dredging, 1,650 m breakwater and 350 m outer harbour and a 685 m wharf) as well as the superstructure and development work associated with the cruise terminal.
