Barcelona Metro Line 9 – Stations Sector2

Construction of the 15 stations in Sector II of Barcelona Metro Line 9, part of the L9 macro- project with a total of 52 stations, 20 of which are interchanges.

Sector II of L9 traverses three municipalities in the Metropolitan Area (Barcelona, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and El Prat) and includes stations ranging from Zona Universitaria to Polígono Pratenc. This section has two very distinct types of station, deep ones (shaft type) and external stations built on viaducts. Shaft diameter varies between 27.7m and 32.8m, the depth ranges between 24.89m and 59.36m.
